It is an intensely fragrant and pleasant sparkling wine which, together with the Cartizze Brut ZERO, is the winery's flagship product. Pleasant, with excellent juiciness and an aftertaste of bread crust, in which the mineral note typical of these moraine soils comes to the fore. Grape
